1. Simple sour cream donuts
The basic recipe for this donut is simple and delicious. See what you will need.
Ingredients:
- Egg: 3 units;
- Sour cream: 1 box;
- Refined sugar: 2 cups;
- Butter without salt and at room temperature: 3 tablespoons;
- Milk: 200 ml;
- Wheat: 950 grams;
- Baking powder: 1 tablespoon well filled.

2. Sour Cream Donuts with Coconut
This recipe doesn't need the coconut to taste good, but with this added ingredient it will make it even better.
Ingredients:
- Butter: 3 tablespoons;
- Yeast wheat flour: 1 kilo;
- Sugar: 2 American cups;
- Milk: 1 American glass;
- Egg: 3 units;
- Salt: 1 pinch;
- Sour cream: 1 box;
- Grated coconut: to taste;
- Yolk: brush;
- Crystalline sugar: for sprinkling.
Elaboration:
- -In a bowl, break the eggs, one at a time, and beat them with a fork.
- -Add the butter and mix.
- -Sift the sugar and salt and continue mixing.
- -Add milk and sour cream and mix well.
- -Little by little add the sifted flour, mixing with your hands.
- -Mix dough until fingers and bowl come out. If it still sticks after adding all of the flour, add a little more until just to the point.
- -Add the grated coconut to taste.
- -Lubricate a baking sheet with butter.
- -Separate small portions of the dough and shape them into donuts.
- -Place the donuts on the baking sheet.
- -Pass the egg yolk over each donut with the help of a brush.
- -If you like, sprinkle crystal sugar on top.
- -Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
3. Chocolate donuts
Ingredients
- Sour cream: 1 box;
- Butter at room temperature: 1 tablespoon;
- Sugar: 1 cup;
- Chocolate powder: ½ cup;
- Baking powder: ½ tablespoon;
- Egg: 2 units;
- Corn starch: 1 cup;
- Wheat: 3 ½ cups;
- Crystalline sugar: 1 cup for dusting.
Elaboration:
-In a bowl place the cream, butter, sugar and egg. Mixture.
-Add the yeast, chocolate and cornstarch. Mix very well, add the flour little by little and work with your hands, until you get the modeling point.
-Preheat the oven to medium / low temperature.
-Take portions of dough with your hands, about 1 finger thick, cut pieces of about 10 cm and form the donut that joins the two ends.
-Pass one side of the sugar, place on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes each batch.
