Thyme, a wonderful plant

Thyme is a well known herb for its use in cooking, but it also has many vitamins and minerals such as calcium, iron and potassium, and to top it off it is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.

This plant is so wonderful that it even helps in the formation of red blood cells, it also works to fight fatigue, asthma, dizziness, lupus, arthritis, pain caused by colds, such as sore throats and even laryngitis. It is certainly a multifaceted plant.

Some of its components are used to manufacture medicines, but nothing is better than consuming it naturally.

Dried or fresh thyme (a handful)
Water (one cup)
Pure honey (2 tablespoons)
