  • 2 organic carrots
  • 1 organic cucumber
  • The juice of an untreated lemon

  1. Wash and clean the carrots and cucumber then press the lemon to obtain the juice
  2. Pour all the ingredients into the blender, along with the glass of water and the ginger

  3. If the flavor seems too intense, you can sweeten it with a little stevia.

3) Smoothie with celery and radishes

  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 2 radishes
  • 200 ml of glass of water

  • 1 green apple
