We begin to get an old scrap of fabric, cutting out a circle as big as the face from a white sheet, 100% cotton. Let's divide it into 4 equal parts, two for the cheeks, 1 for the forehead and the other, to be cut again into 2 parts, for the nose and chin. Then we prepare the mixture with the chosen ingredients, always making sure that it remains liquid. An example of DIY face mask for sensitive skin is the one based on chamomile, with soothing, decongestant, softening and calming properties, with a spoonful of argan oil which also has an anti-aging effect.
Once the mask mixture is ready, immerse the fabric in it, squeeze and then apply on the face for about 15 minutes. Before removing the cloth from your face let's massage it and let's not throw it away because it can be used several times if washed properly.
