Not just pepper or herb flavored salt! You know that, with the same principle as salt, you can also prepare itflavored sugar? Already, to sweeten infusions like tea or herbal teas, you can add flavored sugar. If there is a lot of talk about flavored salt (even Alessandro Borghese uses it), sugar is a little less popular!

Flavored sugar

Flavored sugar can be prepared with the same procedure as forsalt with aromatic herbs. To enrich the sugar you can use herbs such as anise, elderberry, lime, lemon balm, lavender flowers, lippia and small fruit such as currants, blackberries or raspberries. The sugar flavored with dog rose petals is very interesting.
