Solanaceae, a name that sounds strange but which indicates many foods that we consume every day or almost. There are discussions about theopportunity to consume this type of food. Some macrobiotics and nutritionists think it is best to avoid them, while others praise their properties. Let's get to know them before we get our idea.

In pregnancy more than ever it is it is recommended to moderate the quantities of solanaceae that we ingest, for all the reasons we have already illustrated.
