Monosodium glutamate, difficult name to pronounce for a substance that it would be better to avoid ingesting. It certainly cannot be considered natural and beneficial, it is not poison but it arouses perplexity in many. That it can become so in the long run is still to be ascertained, there are conflicting opinions that it is better to know.
